Speaking at HRMCon - Future of Cybersecurity 2030
65
At HRMCon 2026 on September 10th I’m looking ahead to 2030 as cybersecurity must become increasingly autonomous and continuously adaptive to defend against AI-enabled threats operating at machine speed. Technology will leap forward, but accountability will remain.
My tentative keynote agenda (still a work in progress, as I am currently building the presentation):
AI Is Rewriting the Rules of Cybersecurity
- The Only Easy Day Was Yesterday — AI is outpacing the security built to protect it.
- AI Enhanced Risks Are Compounding — The attack surface is growing and so are attacker capabilities.
- How We Must Adapt Cybersecurity — Those who act now will hold the strategic advantage.
- Greater Trust Expectations, Same Accountability (you still own it)! — The risks are changing, but accountability isn’t.
This is going to be a very fun talk and there will be time for Questions and Answers at the end.
Come join in person or virtually. The conference is free to attend!
