You need to take everything a16z says with a HUGE grain of salt these days due to the validation and support they're giving to some of the worst crypto scams in history which are being enabled by the Trump administration. That said, they are reliably pretty deep thinkers in crypto and (IMO) they've been mostly right about most trends. Always worth reading even if you can't trust anything to do with regulation or specific companies/protocols.

Good afternoon my friends,
The past few days have been very difficult and emotionally draining for me. My beloved uncle had been suffering from hepatitis. A few days ago, his condition suddenly worsened, and he was admitted to the hospital. Sadly, despite everyone's efforts, he could not survive and passed away.
Because of this, I was away from here and from my other social activities over the last two days. His funeral prayer has been offered, and he has now been laid to rest.

Great add by Wurk. Jobs ran like a lot like contests already but there was no way to rank the quality of submissions aside from scores (community and ratings) and tips. This update gives you the ability to explicitly reward on the ranking. Means you can run contests as contests and run your other jobs as pure jobs. I'll be adjusting my job creating strategy accordingly.

Have some conviction in what you are earning. Hold for long term. Stop selling so much!
