The Man Who Counted Days
There was a man who hated his job.
Every morning he would write on his wall: "28 days more to salary."
He counted down like prisoner.
One day his friend visited, saw the wall. Friend said, "You count days. I count blocks."
Friend was also bricklayer. Every day he wrote: "Today I laid 200 blocks."
After 10 years, first man still counting days to salary, still broke, still angry.
Second man counted his blocks - he had laid 700,000 blocks. He used that record to get contract to build estate. Became millionaire.
Same 10 years. One counted what he was enduring. One counted what he was building.
Stop counting days till exam ends, till school ends, till stress ends.
Start counting what you build today: One page of report? Count am. One welding joint you learned? Count am.
Builders become rich. Counters remain prisoners.
What do you think about this?
