The Two Welders

Two friends learned welding same day.

First one - after 1 week, he said "I don sabi already" and went to open his own shop. Started welding gates. Gates were falling. Customers shouting. He was blaming rod, blaming light, blaming everybody.

Second one - stayed under his oga for 2 years. Washing workshop, arranging E6013, E7018. Oga shouted at him every day. "You no sabi anything!" Sometimes no pay.

First one laughed at him: "You still be apprentice? I be boss now."

Year 3: Big company came - needed someone to weld pressure pipe for gas. Test is 6G - hardest position.

First one went. Failed. Pipe leaked.

Second one went. Passed. Got job - 700k per month.

First one came to second one: "How you take pass?"

Second said: "You wanted to be boss quickly. I wanted to be master slowly. Boss fades, master remains."

You are in your 2 years now. Don't rush to be boss. Master that E7018, master your books. Your 6G test go come.
