Article on FOMO: FOMO, or the Fear of Missing Out, is a common feeling experienced by many people today. In our social media driven world where we are constantly bombarded with images of others having seemingly perfect lives and experiences that we may not be able to partake in, it's easy to feel left out or inadequate. It's important to understand that these feelings are valid and normal. However, when they become overwhelming and start affecting daily life negatively – such as causing anxiety or low self-esteem - then it’s time for reflection.

If you're experiencing FOMO regularly here are some questions you can ask yourself:

1 ) Why do I feel like I'm missing out? Is there something specific driving this feeling?
2 ) What am I really looking for from being involved in activities outside my immediate circle?
3 ) How realistic is what seems exciting about events posted on Social Media?
4 ) Do all those other peoples post their true emotions online every day?
5 ) Would engaging more directly give me better insight into how genuine their posts could be?

Additionally taking breaks from Social Media can help develop new hobbies & interests improving overall mood. Remember your thoughts matter! Talking through them openly either verbally with friends/ family members whom enjoy physical presence makes a difference too.
