There has been an uptick in movies and TV shows about alien invasions. While the idea of aliens invading Earth may seem far-fetched, it's not outside the realm of possibility.

If we were to have an alien invasion, what would happen? Would we be able to fight them off, or could they take over the planet?

What would happen to Earth and its inhabitants? Scientists have thought about this possibility and have some ideas. So let's talk about What if? First, we have an Alien Invasion.

Are aliens Trying to Contact Us?

Since the early 1990s, reports of unidentified flying objects, or UFOs, have increased in the United States. According to a recent poll, 1 in 10 Americans have seen a UFO, and 1 in 20 say aliens have abducted them.

There are many possible explanations for these sightings. Some people believe that they are seeing military aircraft or weather balloons. Others think that they are seeing aliens from another planet.

Whatever the explanation, it is clear that something is going on. And it's not just in the United States - people worldwide report sightings of strange objects in the sky.

What could the Government Know?

The Government could know about an alien invasion before it happens. For example, the aliens could be planning to invade, and the Government could have found out about it.

They could be trying to stop it from happening, or they could be preparing for it. Either way, the Government would probably want to keep this information from the public, so there is no panic.

Contacting aliens could end all life on earth. Let's stop trying.

The Government could also know about an alien invasion after it happens. So they could investigate what happened and try to figure out how to stop it from happening again.

They could also be working to contact the aliens and negotiate with them. The Government would probably want to keep this information from the public so they don't get too scared or upset.

Either way, the Government would probably know more about an alien invasion than the average person.

Construction of the world's largest radio telescope began in China in 2011. The Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical Telescope, or "FAST," is a single-dish radio telescope.

FAST is being built in a remote and mountainous region of Guizhou province in southwestern China. The area was chosen for its lack of light pollution and radio interference.

Once operational, FAST will search for extraterrestrial life and study pulsars. It will also help astronomers better understand the universe and the laws of physics.

If aliens did receive a signal from FAST, would they interpret it as an invitation to visit Earth? What do you think? 

The Scientists Warn Us

Scientists say that aliens are probably not friendly and that we should avoid contact with them.

They warn that if we keep trying to reach them, they might eventually find us, and then who knows what would happen?

The scientists have a point. After all, we don't know anything about aliens. We don't know if they're friendly or not.

We don't even know if they exist! For all we know, they could be dangerous. So maybe it's best if we leave them alone.

While some may scoff at the idea of the Government having a plan for an alien invasion, it is a real possibility. NASA has even admitted that they have been tracking potential threats from outer space.

So, while an alien invasion may seem like something out of a science fiction movie, it is something the Government is taking very seriously.

When it comes to aliens, the military is usually one of the first places people look. The military is typically responsible for protecting a country from external threats. 

But, some believe that the military's involvement in foreign affairs is not as simple as it seems. So what about an alien invasion?

Some believe the military is simply trying to cover up their mistakes regarding alien encounters. Regardless of what people think, the fact remains that the military has a role in aliens.

The United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs (UNOOSA) was established in 1962. The office is responsible for promoting international cooperation in the peaceful uses of outer space. UNOOSA also ensures that space activities are carried out according to international law.

In recent years, UNOOSA has been working on several initiatives related to outer space. For example 2015, the office launched an industry to search for extraterrestrial life.

Final Thought

With the vastness of space, other intelligent life forms are likely out there. So, don't you think an alien invasion could be possible? 

There are many reasons why an alien invasion could happen. One reason is that many planets are in the universe, some of which might be home to intelligent life forms.

While this may seem like taking out of a science fiction movie idea, it could happen, and humans are not ready for an alien invasion. But, unfortunately, there are too many variables and unknowns for us to be prepared.

Moreover, even if we could be prepared, our technology is not advanced enough to defend against a superior alien force.
