I recently drowned in mental exhaustion and a lot happened quickly without trace.

Well, I remember everything but before I knew it, time had passed by.

Self care is highly underrated. The so-called pronounced diligence and commitment to work blah, blah, blah can be over hyped some times. Humans need enough time to rest and in the case of constant stress, enough resources should be made available for sufficient recuperation.

Time management is an important factor.

But time can be mismanaged where mental exhaustion without adequate recovery is prevalent.

Talk about juggling different tasks together. This is an incredible and necessary quality but mental exhaustion has a large chunk of possibility if care and necessary resources are overlooked. No go do pass yourself oh.

Take care of yourself as much as you can. Eat good food, rest well and lighten your mental luggage. Do yourself the favour and remember, time does not wait.
