MAMA NKECHI'S GENERATOR
In Mushin, there is one woman, Mama Nkechi, who sells akara in the morning and recharge card in the evening.
She bought a second-hand generator - "I better pass my neighbor" - Tiger generator.
The generator had one problem: It only starts if you abuse it.
If you say, "Please start" - it will not start.
If you pull it gently - it will not start.
You must insult it.
So every morning by 5am, whole street hears:
Mama Nkechi: "YOU USELESS GENERATOR! YOU THIEF! YOUR MAMA NO TRAIN YOU WELL! START NOW!"
_VROOOOM_ - generator starts.
One day her pastor came for morning devotion.
Pastor said, "Sister Nkechi, we must not use abusive words. Let's pray for the generator."
Mama Nkechi said, "Pastor, no problem."
Pastor laid hands on generator: "In the mighty name of Jesus, I command you, generator, start! Be fruitful!"
Generator: _silent_
Pastor tried again, louder: "START IN JESUS NAME!"
Generator: _silent_
Mama Nkechi whispered to pastor, "Pastor, shift small."
She cleared throat: "YOU BASTARD GENERATOR! YOU GENERATOR WEY NO GET FUTURE! IF YOU NO START TODAY I GO SELL YOU FOR ABOKI!"
Generator: _GBIM! VROOOOM!_ - Started immediately, with full power, even light was brighter than NEPA.
Pastor said, "Sister, continue with your method. God understands all languages."
