EPL: Arsenal maintains flawless start

On Saturday, Arsenal maintained their flawless start to the year by defeating Fulham 2-1 at the Emirates to make it four victories in a row.

Gabriel changed from being a villain to a hero by scoring the late winner that enabled the North London squad to preserve their pristine start to the season. It was not easy for Mikel Arteta's men.

Even though the Gunners controlled the game, they were unable to beat former goalkeeper Bernd Leno, and the Cottagers unexpectedly took the lead in the 56th minute.

It only took Arsenal six minutes to get back into the game as their captain Martin Odegaard successfully connected with Bukayo Saka to score the equalizer. Four minutes into the game's final minute, Gabriel made up for his mistake by scoring the game-winning goal.

Arsenal has only done this three times before, the latest time occurring in the 2003–04 campaign, when they finished the year in second position.
