He’s not contributing anything to this team, and honestly it’s becoming really frustrating. 🙁 We’ve invested so much time, effort, and money expecting him to add value, support the team, and help us move forward. Instead, it feels like we’re getting nothing in return. 😭

Everyone else is putting in the work, showing commitment, and trying their best to make things succeed, but his lack of contribution is starting to affect the whole group. It’s difficult to keep carrying someone who isn’t pulling their weight or showing any real effort to improve.

What makes it even more disappointing is the amount of resources that have already been spent on him. At this point, it feels like those investments might have been wasted, and that’s a hard thing for any team to accept.

We truly wanted this to work out, but situations like this raise serious questions about responsibility, teamwork, and accountability.
