The Emu! Like the penguin it is another flightless bird which I also love because of their extravagant appearance.
Here are some fun facts about emus:

Emus are fascinating flightless birds that are native to Australia. They belong to the ratite family, which includes ostriches and kiwis. Emus are the second largest bird in the world, behind the ostrich, and can grow up to 6.2 feet tall and weigh up to 120 pounds. One of the most interesting features of emus is their ability to run at high speeds of up to 31 miles per hour, making them one of the fastest birds on land. They also have unique feathers that are highly valued in the fashion industry. In terms of behaviour, emus are social animals and live in groups of up to 20 individuals. During mating season, males will make grunting sounds and engage in a courtship dance to attract a mate. Females will then lay between 5 to 15 eggs in a communal nest, and both parents will take turns incubating the eggs. Emus are important to the ecosystem as they play a role in seed dispersal and nutrient cycling. They are also considered a keystone species as they help maintain the balance of the ecosystem by controlling the growth of plants and small animals. Overall, emus are unique and fascinating creatures that have many interesting characteristics and behaviours.

I would love to have one as a pet as long as it wouldn't hurt me tbh =D
