Vitamin deficiency is the cause of many diseases in the body. Its effect is visible not only inside the body but also outside. The appearance of spots, pimples or freckles on the face is also a sign of vitamin deficiency.

If your skin is getting dry or there are many problems like small pimples, black or red spots, acne and freckles, then the reason behind this is the deficiency of four types of vitamins.

Not only this, even if the aging effect starts appearing on your face before time, it is also a sign of deficiency of vitamins. Sometimes the lack of vitamins also causes hormonal problems. For example, the skin gets damaged due to the sex hormones cortisol and thyroid.

Vitamin A - If there is a deficiency of vitamin A in the body, then acne increases on the face. At the same time, this is also the reason for the blackness under the eyes. Vitamin A is an antioxidant and fights free radicals. This avoids damage to the cells. If vitamin A is deficient, then premature aging starts appearing on the face. Its deficiency causes inflammation in the body and new cells are not made. Vitamin A deficiency can be fulfilled by eating things like tomatoes, green chilies, carrots.
Vitamin E- Deficiency of vitamin E increases the problem of dryness of the skin, wrinkling, blemishes. Vitamin E is full of anti-inflammatory and antioxidants and it retains the moisture of the skin and enhances its radiance. Along with removing wrinkles, it also reduces blemishes.
Vitamin D- Vitamin D kills acne-causing bacteria and does not grow. Along with increasing immunity, vitamin D also reduces inflammation of the skin.
