I am so dead....

Well, not me really, but my ALTS´

ALTS vs BTC

ALTs are at their lowest point versus BTC in ten years, and I have mentioned in previous posts the why.
ALTS vs BTC have not looked so bad in 10 years
This is why it will not change, ETF $$$ will not flow into ALTS like they used to..

Institutions will not go into POL, BAT, SHARP, or any other ALT, not for years.
Plus the fact that we now have billions of useless tokens...remember back in the day...we had a list of dead tokens....
Right now, we have graveyards filled with worthless 0s and 1s that will never see the light of an exchange again.
And now May, my last hope, has gone.... As we prepare for a long, hot summer, my portfolio prepares for months of nothingness. At least for the next month....
If we get lucky, BTC will follow that M2 Money Supply
Or maybe more the trend I painted last week.....
That would all suggest that at least till July we should go up, but we have been up for 7 weeks straight....and that should mean 9 weeks sideways...

My Worst Nightmare

This week probably will not be up, or at least not much, but if M3 only goes up till July, it truly will be my....
Because crypto summer sucks, and I could not sell in May and get the Fluff out as planned so now I am stuck with ALTS that are as dry as the Spanish summer and those will not see a crypto summer as long as BTC keeps leading.

My best bet is that other M2 trend, so my ALTS will do a quick pump and dump around November, and that is it.

And actually, that is a good thing. Because there are just too many scams, too many shitcoins, to many hupe words, and empty projects that never take off, this made and will make people lose interest and give precedent to the real deal.

Projects with meaning and stuff

Well, me complaining about ALTS while I am still up is not really sexy.
But we are seeing longtime BTC holders leave the market with profit, and retail is finally awaking, or so they say.

That might offer a little hope for June, but once the 31st of July is in, I truly abandon all hope; it is done.

I will take a break and wait till November, the question remains November what year?
FED is clearly not in a hurry, so all will come down to Q4 and me being patient.

But I am still blinded by the summer sun, I might be having my brain fried, but I don´t see it before Q4 if ALTS do not explode this month.

And really, I think all those in ALTS deserve to take a loss, thinking they are so smart, thinking holding this BS will make them rich one day.

I even stopped buying the new hotties, meaning I almost gave up on ALTS altogether.
How long can I go on believing?

Less than 12 months

In fewer than 12 months, I truly expect to have sold everything that went a 2X from where we are now.

Maybe a 5X, maybe less, but I don´t see ALTS ever pumping as they did before.

Bikini Bottom Line

Now that last bit is a lie, next cycle, I do see a future for ALTS. Not the casino meme coin stuff, but those real projects that will use the coming three years to show they are different, that they matter (and stuff).

Start looking at those as soon as the shit hits the bear market fan.
Because this time everyone knew the alt secret, next timewill be different.

Next time ALTS will be too big a risk, and the good alts will pump, but you need to buy them when the bottom is in, so as this cycle ALTS will go nowhere, what is the next bottom?
It was September 2023, but it feels like we are delaying, so September 2027 is too early. I am betting on summer 2028.

Now a lot can happen in 3 years, but one thing is for sure: Summer Sucks.
All we need to do is be on the lookout as of 2027 for the true projects, with huge use cases, with enough TVL, and stuff.

In addition a good team and great community, and that is two years from now, so anything you are looking at right now is probably dead by then.

So relax, buy some dips for your summerand wait, stay in tune with the market, and drop me a note in two years' time telling me what is hot based on my suggestions.
