Workers and political ideology

One of the identified enemies of the workers is political ideology. Mankind is currently divided by various political ideologies. Mistrust with suspicious which is said to be a crime has been the dominating factor between one ideology and another. A country will raise up arms against another country all in defense of political ideology. Similarly workers take arms against workers in defense of an ideology. Before going further we have to consider political ideology. While politics is the state of affairs of a government, or the public affairs of country ideology is the system of idea adopted to run the affairs of country. The belief that the desire to work is the foundation to increase in productivity that can sustain political, social and economic welfare of the people and not political ideology itself.
