A hope for a nation

The tears are dripping

Like rains they are dropping

From the sky see it’s falling

Off the faces in our nation

This is because of the commotion

See how the people are dying

Because of what the leaders are doing

They are busy tying our economy

Occupying the wealth of this nation

All of a sudden we’re set on division

My blood keeps boiling

As the blood of the people are pouring

Flowing like streams till the land is barren

Yet our leaders are still hardened

Trying to take all that they can from this nation

21,22,23 there are stories

From locking is us down till the toll of death

Just as we saw at the toll gate saga

We’re praying yet the nation is worsening

This is because the nation is down the drain

Our hands are clawing for liberation

As we declare there is a change

With our PVCs we will enact this change

On our shoulders we will carry this nation

For it is our motherland as we applaud our fathers for their sacrifices
