HOW TO WRITE OUTSTANDING CONTENTS

Aunty Shakira, brother Emeka, I know you have a thread sitting in your drafts.

You’ve edited it, read it again, maybe even moved paragraphs around a dozen times.

And still… you’re thinking:
“Let me not post this yet.”
“Will anyone care or will they just scroll past like they didn’t see it? 😅”
“Does this even make sense?”

Hmm… my dear, it’s not that your content is bad. It’s just… you’re not sure anyone will notice.

Let me stop you there.

This thread will show you why that happens and how to fix it.

➠ Rt & Bookmark this, you’ll need it later. 😉

First things first: why are you posting?

Most people don’t ask this, and that’s why their posts just float into the void.

Are you trying to teach, entertain, or make someone feel seen?

Saying “Save money” doesn’t really help anyone. 😬

But saying:
“I realised I was spending money ordering food every evening. Cooking 3 days a week saved me ₦15k.”

Now someone can see themselves in it. That’s purpose.
Next: talk to one person, not everyone.

“This is why people are broke” vs. “This is why you might be broke even though you’re working hard.”

See the difference? One feels distant. The other makes them pause and think: “Wait… is that me?”

Good content is like a tap on the shoulder.
Omoh, trust me… it will make them nod, laugh, get teary or even feel seen. 😏
Also, talk like a human.

If your friend asked you for advice, you wouldn’t say:
“It is advisable to optimise your learning process.”

You’d say:
“I used to read a lot and forget everything. Writing questions while studying actually helped me remember stuff.”

That’s how people understand what you’re saying to the point of trusting you. 😌

Value doesn’t have to be all flashy or something.

Sometimes it’s just something practical that makes sense in real life.

Like:
“I realised I was losing almost $100 every month on subscriptions I forgot about. Honestly, my bank was quietly judging me 😂”

You see someone reading that? They might go straight to their bank app. 🤭

That’s what value really is, making someone notice, act, or feel something.

Your opening matters too, your hook decides if people stop scrolling.

“Tips for studying better” can be ignored.

Unlike “Have you ever finished reading and realised you can’t explain what you just read?”

Now you’ve described a feeling people already know.
See ehn… they’ll nod, stop and want to keep reading.

Finally: post, observe, adjust, repeat.

Sometimes your post will flop, that’s fine, don’t stress.

You try again, tweak the words Or even change the format just to see what clicks.

Iteration is how content actually improves; it’s not magic, not luck, just learning what works for your audience.
