Don’t Just Post! My 3-Step Strategy to Maximize $BULB Rewards (A Newbie’s Guide)
If you’re new to BULB, you probably noticed something pretty quickly : some people are climbing the leaderboard effortlessly, while others are posting daily and seeing almost no points.
When I first joined, I thought I just needed to write. I was wrong. BULB isn’t just a blogging site; it’s a Do-to-Earn (DTE) ecosystem. If you want to maximize your $BULB earnings and secure a top spot, you have to play the game smarter, not harder.
Here is my simple 3-step routine to help you stop ghost writing and start earning.
The Quality Over Quantity Rule
The BULB algorithm can tell if you’re just copy-pasting AI text or spamming short posts
To earn the most points, your Read to Earn metric is key.
My strategy : Write posts that take at least 2 minutes to read. Use images, bold headers, and bullet points. If people stay on your page longer, your "Points Per Post" skyrocket.
The Reciprocate Rule
In the Web3 world, engagement is currency.
If you want people to read your stuff, you have to be a visible member of the community.
My Routine: Every time you post, spend 10 minutes going to the New or Trending tab. Leave thoughtful comments on 5 other posts. Don't just say
Nice post ! , actually respond to something they wrote.
Why?
Those writers get a notification, see your name, and 90% of the time, they will click your profile and Clap or Comment back. This builds your Engagement Score.
Use Your Energy Wisely
Your energy bar is your most valuable asset. Don't let it sit at 100%!
Use it to your advantage
My Daily Checklist
Write: 1 High-quality article.
React: Use your claps and emojis on others (this earns you points too).
Moderate: Read through comments on your own post and reply to everyone. Each reply you write counts as an interaction.
Don't get discouraged if your first few posts only earn a few points. Consistency is rewarded here. The more you interact, the more the community recognizes you, and the higher your multiplier becomes.
