Day #3: How to build multiple profitable micro-startups as a Solopreneur?

At the beginning of my journey as an entrepreneur, I decided to build multiple micro-products and released them in the market as soon as possible.
The main idea is to understand how the market works in a short period of time, covering different markets, different business models, and ways of reaching my target. Since I’m not interested in getting any investments for my ideas (at least for now), I can’t put all my effort into just one idea and hope that it works. Firstly, I need to get some insights about what works and doesn’t.
The method I will use to identify and create my ideas will be:
To define the idea:

  • Identify some trending topics at the moment (crypto? Bet tips? Investments? Layoffs?);
  • From that topic, I will then identify a small niche (but popular). For instance: On crypto, signals for investments? Crowd-sourced investment tips?
  • The idea has to be small, just fixing one single problem because the main goal at the beginning is to understand how the idea works in the market (a real MVP). So, the solution be developed in just 1/2 weeks maximum (the MVP) then more 1/2 weeks for small improvements/optimizations;
  • Then, identify how I can create an online platform that helps our users to fix that problem/need? And how the generated content can be easily searchable through SEO?
  • After identifying all the previous points, I will decide on the name of the product and the domain. This nome should be easy to search, and easy to understand what the product does through the name (for instance, FootballTips.app: you immediately realize that it’s an app about football with (betting/predictions) tips);

To build the product:

  • The idea is to build all my products initially with React framework;
  • Optimize the product with a good SEO performance (good keywords and great performance mostly on the landing page);
  • Write some blog posts on the website to improve the SEO results;
  • If I identify some traffic on the product, I will start developing the solution to publish them on the App stores using Flutter framework;

This is the method I use to identify and build my micro-startups, but what is yours? Are you using some different method to build micro-products as a Soloentrepreneur?
The journey of a Soloprenenur

Check the article of the 10th day where I explain why I’m just building Micro-startups as a Solopreneur.
Meanwhile, to give you an update on my journey, today I plan to do this:

  • Recently I improved the algorithm to predict results on https://FootballTips.app (adding one more variable to use on the algorithm);
  • Today I want to just add the World Cup competition to start to predict their results (it will be a big trending topic soon);
  • Also, I want to change the way I’m displaying the previous results (giving more priority to the ones that were correct predictions);
  • Then, I recently noticed that my subscription on Wix for the landing page of https://Remote-Work.app is about to expire soon and I don’t want to renew it, instead, I will re-build the webapp using react (I can get much better SEO performance with react instead of using Wix);

That’s it for today guys. New week as a solopreneur, let me know what are your products that you are working on or if you would like to share some ideas.
Have a good week,
