So many bera buildors
As we get new entrants into the Bera ecosystem, in our discord we are getting a lot of questions about the NFT projects around Berachain and what they do. A medium article seemed to be the simplest solution.

Official Berachain collections

We have six official NFT collections from Berachain team, and that’s how it all started.
Each NFT is “rebasing”. The first NFT was OG Bong Bears. To explain: someone initially owning one Bong Bear NFT would receive a Bond Bear airdrop when released.
Now, they would be holding 1 Bong Bear and 1 Bond Bear. Once Boo Bears were released, they would receive two Boo Bears (1 for holding Bong Bear and 1 for holding Bond Bear). Now holding four bears, when Baby Bears came around, they received four Baby Bears (1 for Bong, 1 for Bond, and 2 for 2 Boos they held). And so on.
Keep in mind that these are the ONLY official Berachain collections. Other projects are being built within the ecosystem, all very valuable but not official.

One more “rebase” will happen on the Berachain mainnet (still some time until it is released). All holders of the above collections will be eligible to claim one for each of the Beras they hold.

Ecosystem collections

There are a lot of amazing projects building on Berachain. We are focusing strictly on those with NFT collections, live and upcoming, that we know of.
Beramonium aims to be the gaming and NFT hub of Berachain, so naturally, we collaborate with other bera-friendly NFT projects.

0xHoneyJar

The Honey Jar was founded by Jani, and it is at the heart of the Berachain projects’ ecosystem. Jani was the first market maker for the Beras and his cult-building skills are at the foundation of our autistic community.
Their most important NFT collection is Honey Combs, which are designed as a lower-cost “entry” NFT to the Bera eco, as Honey Jar forms partnerships with many Bera projects you can expect WLs and other benefits.

Beradrome

Beradrome is a restaking and liquidity marketplace on Berachain and one of the most DEFI-focused NFT projects currently.
Tour de Berance (on Arbitrum) NFTs are rumored to get token airdrop in the future. Also: they are Beras on Bikes and everyone loves Beras on Bikes.

Beradoge

Beradoge is a meme & degen project (think the first meme-coin/dogecoin on Berachain).
They have two collections, both are small in size and bery sought after — Beradoge Gen 1 (Ethereum) and Mibidiots (Arbitrum) — use element market for these, OpenSea is buggy af with both collections. They are rumored to provide the meme coin airdrop for holders in the future.

Beramonium

We are one of the bigger gaming projects currently developing on Berachain. Gemhunters (our first game) is an idle gameplay RPG that lets players send their Beramonium Genesis Beras to missions and acquire equipment and gems.
Players will be able to exchange Gems for NFTs from other bera collections like those mentioned in this article!

Berachein (Baka Bears)

With the name oddly similar to the main blockchain project, Berachein is an art & entertainment focused project with a rumored Bera Anime in the works. Their team has been known for making berachain-related short videos for a long time now.
They released a collection of 8888 Baka Bears (Arbitrum) and their mint is still live at https://www.berachein.xyz/

Bera Punks

Bera Punks team released a collection of pixel art Bera Punks a while ago. Their mint recently picked up the momentum and the mint is due to relaunch soon. Keep track of their twitter to stay up to date. There are some rumors about potential coins related to the project in the future too.

The HoneyCast (THC)

HoneyCast is a premium Berachain podcast. They have access to pretty much everyone in the ecosystem and get various interesting interviews with different projects, including the Berachain team.

BOINK!

Boink! is an on-chain PvP game where players perform “Boinks” to compete for $BERA (Berachain’s native/gas token) in endless rounds of boinking.

Upcoming NFT collections

We know there are projects planning on releasing their NFT collections soon and we mention them below.

BeraTone

BeraTone is an upcoming online multiplayer farming, fishing, crafting and rhythm game. Notably, one of the founders is responsible for Bit Bears’ art. There is a rumored NFT collection in the work. Keep track of their socials — something big is supposed to happen on January 21.

YEET

Yeet is an upcoming “max ponzinomics” degen game on Berachain with multiple layers of strategy. They are working on an NFT collection. Keep track of their socials and tune in to our upcoming Year of the Bera spaces which we co-host with Yeet!

Ramen Finance

Ramen Finance is a Berachain-native AMM and liquidity layer envisioned to power asset liquidity for long-tail assets for the Berachain ecosystem. They are working on the NFT collection — keep track of their socials to learn more.

CubHub NFT

CubHub is working on AR/VR innovations for the Beras. As far as we know, there’s an NFT collection planned in the future, but keep track of their twitter to learn more.
