@Carlo I think that every person should have a bi-yearly check-up with a nutritionist once they turn 40 years old (could be through tele-health to save time or the time period could be increased). I have heard especially of women in that age category (and older) who truly benefited from switching out some foods with others. There gut health, mental health, and overall well-being truly improved. I have not heard about some of your mentioned facts before, would you mind sharing your source? I would love to read more.
