Why people love Ironman and BatMan??

There are many superheroes in marvel and disney comics. People always entertain watching movies. reading comics, love to make fan theory, talking about who could possibly win if they fight each others and we came to know about their all potential powers after this only.Although , there are much powerful characters but IronMan and Batman are mostly liked supereroes in respective comics.
The real reason is that they are living the dream of young man. They both are rich, have cheerful life and brilliant or we say genius. They have the ability to handle the situation by their knowledge rather than only tackling enemies. They can be major gamechanger when things like time travel. One more things is that they defeat their enemy by knowing their weakness . They mostly learn from the mistakes and upgrade themselves. They are mroe connected to people as people are using their products and they are involved in solving most of threats coming to Earth. They always care about civilian.
Thus ,it is clear that these heroes are more likely to be liked due to their advancement in knowledge. They were born as human but they grew up like a god among the Humans. They sacrfices their life and knowledge just to protect Earth. So, why Batman and IronMan are mostly liked superheroes.
