When you are going to sleep keep your mobile phone away from you minimum 45 minutes before you are going to sleep. Eat a healthy and balanced diet. Don't eat junk food. Only eat fresh and healthy food and drink plenty of water. Do exercises daily. Drink one glass of milk daily. Don't take too much stress. Stay freely and happy. Do meditation to reduce stress.
