Many Web3 game features are old Web2 ideas with crypto added on top. Ownership, trading, and rewards already exist in games like Counter-Strike or FIFA Ultimate Team. The difference is the token layer. In many cases, it does not improve gameplay. It adds wallets, fees, and risk. If the core game is weak, blockchain does not fix it. Players stay for fun, not for tokens.
