Dynamic NFTs often change looks, not gameplay. Traits update, colors shift, stats move on paper, but play stays the same. You pay for visuals and minor perks. Core mechanics do not change. If a skin evolves but does not affect how you play, value is cosmetic. Without real impact on play, the feature feels shallow and easy to ignore.
