Just because your game uses blockchain doesn’t mean it’s decentralized. Devs still control the servers, code, bans, and the shutdown switch. On-chain usually just means assets and history; the actual gameplay is still off-chain. Most “web3 games” are still centralized with a crypto layer on top.
