What went wrong in Westview??

As Wanda and Vision were there in their secret life, there comes a neighbours named by 'Agatha' . Then she starts troubling about their personel life and relationships. 
Agatha was asking why don't have children yet , so Wanda become pregant soon and delivers a child within 4 hours. By so less time or months , their children becomes so young as if they are 5-7 years old. The sons named were 'Tommy' and 'Billy'.   Tommy by powers was like 'Quicksilver' with superspeed and Billy by same powers as 'Wanda'. Although , she had lost her brother in Ultron age, but 'Quicksilver' appears there. Wanda tries to prove whether he is real or not by asking some of their childhood memories.
One day , Agatha comes and take their children when Wanda has some more tasks ans they didn't return home and Wanda went to Agatha house for taking her children . But the children are gone out of hex. 
Then, it is clear that Agatha wassn't a normal human and all these strange things like coming of 'Quiclsilver' and others were controlled and manipulated by Agatha.
