IDO - initial DeX Offering is a famous process in crypto projects to collect the funds for the stability , strength, development and growth of the project. It also enable the core team to pay smart contract fee and team of technical block.
Any crypto project aimed four main tasks through IDO process.
š Get attention of investors by offering low price of token in IDO period.
š Get userbase for project on social media like Twitter, telegram.
š Airdrop of token to community for Wallet addresses , holding token numbers and circulation of token.
š Quick access of token in initial trading and liquidity on demand.
What should we do before going to IDO trade.

According to a crypto expert, binjmam , writes in Cointelegraph, that those projects which lacking in capital uses the process of IDO for crowdfunding. Heavy listing fee , mining and Blockchain expenses, the payouts of technical staff are core issues to fill by IDO by offering Lowest price to early investors.
IDO benefits for investors.
Investors alway pick lowest price of the token which mostly stands on 25% of original price in three presale rounds . Third round keeps optional if sales targets not achieved in first two rounds. IDO trade is opportunity to gain high profit and most of investors sell the token on launching time because people rush to the token and the price went to moon in no time.
Lot of fake tokens also advertising about pre sale , IDO listing, cash back offer and stacking on fix return in initial stages. Be aware of these scammers and DYOR before becoming part of it especially before investing money in any project. Also don't believe on rumours, fake news like recently happened in case of ETFs approval where a hacker tweets about ETFs approval from SECs official twitter handle. It caused huge lose to some investors especially when Greed index reached on 100%.
