FIFA vs European Super League
What is European Super League?
As you may have seen, some of the biggest clubs in Europe such as Real Madrid, Juventus and Barcelona came out with the idea of European Super League. Teams stated that with this organisation, clubs' revenues will rise higher and they will earn more as FIFA will not be claiming any money. On the other hand, it was stated that great teams should be playing with great ones and not waste time or money with other smaller clubs.
At first attempt; Arsenal, Manchester United, Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester City, Tottenham, Milan, Inter, Juventus, Atletico Madrid, Barcelona and Real Madrid were the teams that will participate in this organisation. However, after all the negative reaction from the fans, clubs quitted the organisation except Real Madrid, Barcelona and Juventus.
Football world was split into two after this idea came out. One side agreed and the other think that this will ruin football. We will see who will win this war in the near future. FIFA or ESL?
