But outside these wonderful set of counsellors, they exist another set of individuals that play very important role in our lives. These set people are teachers.
When we talk about teachers, it envelope all those that have tutored us in our various levels of academic pursuit ranging from nursery, primary, secondary and tertiary level. They also include professionals in various trade that have impacted in our lives by teaching us valuable and worthwhile lessons in our lives. Importance of teachers in primary school:
These set of teachers play vital role in our lives as they provide us with the assistance in laying the foundation of our academic prowess. They help us achieve the following:

These set of teachers continue the good works in us by building on the solid foundation laid by our primary school teachers. Their importance include:

• They make us understand the value and importance of patience, honesty and hardworking in our lives.

• They give us professional advice on what to study as we progress to the university as they are aquatinted with our strength and weaknesses
• They lay the foundation of what we expect to see in the university.
Importance of Lecturers:
These are the set of teachers found in the university and they play very crucial role in making us understand the true meaning of independence. Their functions are:
• They provide us with professional guidance on how we can be successful in life.
• They make us understand the value of research as they only lecture us and allow us to teach ourselves more.
• They provide us with useful advice on how to sail through that phase of our lives since they had also pass through that route.
• They screen us to see how qualified we are to serve humanity
• They are our role model .
