Thought I'd give a little update on this month's raid program of @solayer_labs


First of all, thanks to everyone who took the time to support the tweets. On average there were about 20 participants, which honestly isn't bad. As such, a total of 200 USDC rewards have been given in the month of March. Slow growth is a good sign.

And let's talk about the winners of the February campaign

1st is @ALFACREATIVE33
– 30 USDC
2nd Fore Runner – 20 USDC
3rd DefiKing07 – 20 USDC

Then those who are from 4th to 7th, they get 15 USDC each.
And 8th to 14th they get 10 USDC.

It may not look like a huge number, but consistency is more important here. Many people may think what's the point of doing this? but it's these small incentives that keep the community active.

One more thing I noticed many are regular but do not follow the instructions properly (like submitting address, maintaining time). If you don't do them, you will have problems again later, you will miss the reward. So this aspect needs to be taken seriously.

From my own experience, the real gain in such a raid program is not just money, but networking and consistency. If you are consistent, gradually everyone will start to recognize that is the real value.

However, if the participation increases a little in the future, then it seems possible to increase the reward. So if those who are not active yet take it seriously, everyone will benefit.
