When you feel like there is no way out of one of life's valleys,
It's not unique to you to feel this way.
Without a doubt, there is hope.

Years ago, when life was simpler, people believed that things would remain that way. Nevertheless, today, you feel miserable, and it appears that this is the way things will continue to be.

Your friends have tried to assist you, but you dismiss their efforts because you believe someone is out to get you. It seems impossible for you to escape.

Put the issue to one side, enjoy yourself, and take a break.
Before you give it a try, you won't know.
What an impact that can have.

Your problems didn't go away while you were away, but sometimes it can make them go away and get you through the day.

If you shifted your focus and learned what God wants you to know, how will you ever know?

He desires for you to be blessed.
He loves you so much that it hurts.
Since you were a young child, he has cared about you.

If the devil tries to scare you, you can be sure he's just making stuff up.
He was fully defeated by Jesus the day he received those nails.

You don't push a shopping cart, so whatever you're going through, keep a song in your heart and give thanks to God above.

Laugh a little today.
