A few weeks ago I entered a writing competition on BULB.

I didn’t think much of it honestly. I just wrote what I knew, posted it and moved on. No expectations. Just showing up because that’s what I do.

Then I won 100,000 $BULB. 🤯



That moment felt different. Not just because of the tokens, but because it reminded me why I started creating in the first place. I’ve been building in web3 for a while now. Writing content, ghostwriting for projects, doing bounties, learning the space from the inside. Most days it feels like you’re grinding in silence and nobody notices.

But @BULB Official noticed.

And that’s the thing about this space that people outside of it don’t understand. Web3 actually rewards you for showing up consistently. Not followers, not a fancy portfolio. Just the work. Just showing up and putting something real out there.

That win pushed me to stay locked in harder than before

So what did I actually write?

The competition was simple, create content that speaks to the BULB community. I wrote about what I know. No copy paste, just my actual perspective.

And apparently that was enough.

It taught me something. Authenticity still wins in a space full of noise. People can feel when something is real versus when someone is just trying to farm points.

After the win I kept paying attention.
