The Journey, The Destination
I spent over 15 hours traveling across 7 states just to see someone I’d only seen in person once in a year.
GM CT, Lads & Lasses.
Pls, spare me your attention as I turn my physical journey and emotional determination into a metaphor for the Web3 journey.
1/
15+ hours of trip through Multiple states, heavy stress.
Over N50k spent instead of N35k. But I stayed focused and made it to Enugu.
Determination carried me through.
It taught me a lesson that applies to life and Web3.
2/
Lagos → Ogun → Ondo (stop at Ore) → Edo → Benin → Delta → Asaba → Onitsha → Anambra → Enugu.
Every city, every mile, every delay was a test of determination and another dimension to explore.
3/
Most people would’ve given up halfway.
Most people would’ve complained about the cost, the stress & the unknown.
But I kept going because I knew the relationship & the destination was worth it.
4/
In Web3, your journey is similar:
•The tech is new and unfamiliar
•The learning curve is steep
•Mistakes can be expensive
•It takes hours of research, risk, and persistence
5/
But just like my journey across Nigeria, if you lock in, stay determined, and keep moving, you can reach your goal.
The pain and stress will feel worth it when you get there.
6/
Your first steps in Web3 might feel long, confusing, and overwhelming just like mine to Enugu.
Every step matters.
Every obstacle teaches.
Every late night, every risk, every error builds resilience.
The journey is as important as the destination.
So whether it’s a relationship, a career, or a new Web3 adventure,
allow your determination to stand.
Stay locked in.
Move with purpose.
And watch your dreams turn into reality.
