I saw a video once about how forming successful habits, which links with the "power of habit" book. It talks about how starting a new regime can be difficult because your body and mind is not used to it but doing it everyday consistently results in it being committed to memory. That is exactly the power of habit! Doing abit everyday and getting a 1% improvement compounds itself!
Love the 4-Hour Work Week!! Funny that you brought this up - I was re-reading parts of the book the other day. There's lots of wisdom in those pages, particularly when Tim discusses how to implement the Pareto Principle to reduce the number of tasks whilst maximising your results. Great mention :)
