Why I’m finally stepping back from the "always-on" crypto culture.
Latelyy, I’ve been doing a lot of thinking about the toll that 24/7 market monitoring takes on us. Between the upcoming MiCA regulations and the daily volatility, it’s easy to feel like you’re glued to your screen, waiting for the next move.
I realized that my mental clarity is my most valuable professional asset—so I’m changing how I approach my portfolio. I’ve adopted a simple "Architect’s Framework" to keep me grounded:
The 10% Sandbox: I keep 90% of my assets for the long haul and only use 10% for "play" or active trading. It takes the pressure off.
Automated Rhythm: I’ve moved to a simple DCA strategy. I’m no longer trying to outsmart the market; I’m just showing up consistently.
The Digital Sunset: I’ve set a hard boundary. Once the clock hits a certain time, the charts go off. Period.
Investing is a marathon, not a race. When we stop staring at the red and green candles, we actually start making better decisions.
