The definition of healthy skin is more or less the same for everyone: moist, glowing, smooth, and firm... While we often think of the face when it comes to skin, our skin is, in fact, the outermost layer of the dermis, covering our entire body. The skin, covering our whole body, is, in fact, our largest organ.
While external cosmetic interventions and the care practices we apply can significantly influence skin appearance, the first step in maintaining skin health is to nourish it from the inside.

Foods That Are Good for Your Skin
From foods containing healthy fatty acids; oily fish, walnuts, flaxseed, avocado, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, almonds, olive oil.
