With Ghana, Tunisia and Algeria gone, we are likely to see some surprise faces reach the latter part of the competition, and Angola are into the AFCON quarter-finals after easing past Namibia.
They will next face Nigeria, who beat Cameroon later on Saturday night. On Sunday, Guinea took out high-flying Equatorial Guinea with the last kick of the game before DR Conga went the distance with Egypt before triumphing in a penalty shootout.
