Most people don’t fail because they are lazy.
They fail because nobody taught them HOW to start.
Here are things I wish I understood earlier :
1. Motivation comes AFTER action, not before.
Start small — energy follows movement.
2. Resting is not laziness. Burnout destroy progress.
3. Your environment matters more than willpower.
If distractions are close, discipline becomes harder.
4. Stop comparing your chapter 1 to someone’s chapter 20.
5. Progress is slow. But quitting resets everything
