As a Marketer, try to leverage your consideration on questions like;
- What are people saying about your brand, product and services?
- What do they like and dislike about it?
- Why is my audience following you?
- What else are they talking about online?
With this in mind, you're able to track the pain points of your audience and make sure you have a good social listening skill.
Try to understand the customers' perspective and focus on solving their problems rather than gaining from them.
