PortaltoBitcoin is described as the only custody-less interoperability protocol for Bitcoin, a project under BitScaler, a company dedicated to building tools for global financial self-sovereignty using Bitcoin. The mission of BitScaler, and by extension PortaltoBitcoin, is to accelerate hyperbitcoinization the widespread adoption of Bitcoin as a global currency and to create a serverless, peer-to-peer infrastructure.
