We don't think so.

Once upon a time you couldn't build in crypto without being a developers and creativity... was nearly non-existent.
Now dev.fun, poof.new etc.. all allow non-developers to build and creativity is way up. Even pump.fun. We have a lot more interesting tokens (and a lot more tokens).
More builders. More creativity.
