Exclusive: The Gold Coast Trump Tower developer has gone bankrupt twice. David Young of Altus Property Group signed a deal with Trump Organization for a 340m luxury complex, but ABC records reveal he was sent bankrupt in 1991 and his company folded during the GFC. The $1.5B project is now funded by private investors from Singapore, Hong Kong, UAE and US.
