LayerZero Foundation has proposed buying the Stargate bridge for $110M and fully integrating it into its ecosystem.

➡️ Stargate DAO to be dissolved, governance shifting to LayerZero Foundation
➡️ Proposal needs 70% $STG holder approval after a 7-day discussion period
