👎 Jito set to block 220+ Solana validators over MEV abuse

JIP-15 has unanimous support and could lead to one of the largest MEV crackdowns in Solana’s history. Over 220 validators may be blocked for participating in private mempools and sandwich attacks. A task force will review the list and decide whether to enforce the bans. MEV operators extracted over $7.8M from 414K transactions in the past 30 days alone.
