Yesterday I have withdrawn again over 20000 satoshi from Gomining.

You have 2 options:
 - Directly withdraw with fees
 - Withdrawal happens within a 24h timeframe without fees
 
24 h withdrawal 
This is the one I alway use after the changes. They seem to normally arrive at 8 am UTC but definitly within the next 24 hours.
This does not cost you any fees, you get what you initially earned.
