In type 1 diabetes, the pancreas is unable to make insulin, but in type 2, the body's insulin resistance begins. Your body becomes resistant to insulin. Excessive production of glucose in the body and loss of beta cells of the pancreas. The condition of hyperglycemia can cause serious damage to all other organs of the body. Be it any type of diabetes, both cause damage.

Symptoms :

Urination of urine:
The kidneys are not able to filter the excess sugar present in the blood, so the only way to remove it (excess sugar) is through urine.

More thirsty:
Due to excessive amount of urine, due to lack of water in the body, thirst is felt more. These are also symptoms of type 2 diabetes

Increase in appetite
Due to the lack or resistance of insulin in diabetes, the body is unable to convert the food consumed into energy, due to which we often feel hungry.


Weight loss:
In diabetes, due to insufficient insulin production, the body is unable to transport glucose from the blood to the body cells for use as energy, due to which the body starts burning fat and muscle for energy, which leads to weight loss.

Apart from this, fatigue, headache, blurred vision, recurrent infection (weakening of the immune system), difficulty in the private part, weakness, irritability and fast heartbeat are the initial symptoms of diabetes 2. If any of these symptoms are seen, then immediately be alert and get tested.

Sometimes type 2 diabetes proves to be more dangerous.

How to prevent it:
1. Include fiber rich things in the diet
2. Non-Starchy Vegetables
3. Flaxseed
4. Fenugreek seeds
5. Hibiscus Tea
6. Eat Bean Vegetables
7. Eat Whole Grains
8. Avoid fruits with juices and carbs
