 Plastic waste is the pollution of plastic in our environment and a big reason why there is so much plastic is because of how we waste it by using it once and then throwing it away some people also throwing it where ever they want and not in the trash.

All of this plastic going into our ocean and inside the animals homes falls under an environmental problem, The world now produces more than 380 million tonnes of plastic every year, which could end up as pollutants, entering our natural environment and oceans. There are now 5.25 trillion macro and micro pieces of plastic in our ocean, 100 milion marine animals have died from plastic. Its stupid that all this plastic is created and it all just goes to waste after one use.

The problem of pollution has definitely had a big change since the early days the biggest change started when a girl name greta thunberg had a big speech about the bad things happening to
Our environment because of pollution, since then we have implemented metal straws and paper that are easier to break down and the metal is reusable, also reusable bags and coffee cups. But mostly the change has been just spreading how bad plastic affects our environment.

The reason it is important to identify this problem is because it affects our environment so much with our oceans and the air. And if we dont keep teaching people and reminding them how bad 

Pollution is doing so much bad to this earth and its not too hard to stop we need to make a 
Change now before it's too late and our life as we no it will never be the same, all you have to do is spread the word!

Pollution is affecting our lives deeply. People don't pay much attention to it but every day it is responsible for our health and environmental change.

@Jydstar this is your best post to date! There’s a lot of thought gone into this. As an ocean lover, this needs urgent action - especially in the developing world where they don’t have the resources or the money to seperate recyclables from general waste. We can all do better by eliminating single use antics, but it’s something that needs to be done as a whole - no use saying we’ll do better tomorrow as we drink a bottle of water from a single use plastic bottle 🌊

The most ironic thing I’ve seen is plastic bags in supermarket. They make you pay for bags which is fair enough but then they have these clear plastic bags near the fruit section which is free. Unless these bags are compostable, I think the whole bag situation in supermarkets needs to change.

I think some people are actually ignorant of the pollution they cause on the environment. On that note,a public awareness program can be helpful. Secondly, some people do it consciously because they don't care whatever effects it has on the environment,after all they used their money to buy it so they can dispose of it anyhow they want. For these set of people,there should be some sort of payment of fine so that they can learn their lessons.

Educating people on the adverse effects of pollution has been undertaken for such a long period of time yet people instead of heeding to that advice of uniting to eradicate this manace are pumping more and more of this waste to pollute the environment

Yes, it's important to stop the pollution. Now we are freely say stop pollution but in actually we are not taking efforts to stop the pollution. Awesome post. Managing and protecting the environment is everyone’s responsibility. My daughter is actively Collecting waste containers and recycling. And earning some extra cash too. Every little bit helps.

Pollution is something that may likely never change in our world for like a very long time, but it would be a great thing of joy if we as humans put in efforts to reduce the way we pollute our environment which in turn affects us all in the long run
