‎‎ I actually love cooking with firewood,it gives the food a unique, traditional flavor that you just cannot get from a regular gas stove. But honestly, that is only true when you have good firewood that actually catches and burns well!

‎ Lately, waking up has been a mental battle. Remembering that I have to fight with bad, smoky firewood just to prepare meals for my family, *before* I can even sit down to brainstorm posts, edit my YouTube videos, or engage with my community, is exhausting. The thick smoke and the frustration are enough to make me want to pull the covers up and go straight back to sleep! 😩
