We are proud to announce that our subsidiary Remazel has completed the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of H Tech Serviços e Manutenção Ltda., a Brazilian company specialized in offshore plant inspection and maintenance services.

In the coming months, a merger project between the two entities will be launched, with the objective of maximizing industrial and organizational synergies.
