Build a routine instead of blaming the algorithm

Crypto feels chaotic when you first enter it.

There’s rarely a clear path laid out for you. No manager. No weekly meeting telling you what matters.

Just timelines moving fast and people who seem to “get it.”

For a while, I assumed the difference was talent.

Some people just knew what to post. Some people were naturally consistent. Some people were built for this.

I wasn’t.

I posted when I felt inspired. Disappeared when I didn’t. Blamed the algorithm when engagement dropped.

It took me longer than I’d like to admit to realize the issue wasn’t creativity.

It was the absence of structure.

When you wake up without a defined system, everything feels heavier than it should.

What do I write?
Is this good enough?
Is this the right time?

Those small decisions drain you before the work even begins.

The larger accounts don’t necessarily have better ideas.

They’ve just removed the daily negotiation.

They already know what they talk about.
They already know when they show up.
They already know why they’re posting.

There’s a pattern behind the output.

And patterns compound.

Recently, I joined a 30-day content challenge. What stood out wasn’t growth tactics or engagement tricks.

It was habits.

Treat your account like a marketplace.

Marketplaces don’t open when the owner feels inspired. They operate on rhythm.

That shift changed how I approach Web3.

Now I plan the day before.
I think about contribution instead of attention.
I focus on consistency.

It doesn’t make the work glamorous.

But it makes it repeatable.

And repeatable work builds recognition.

Some days still feel off.
Some days engagement dips.
Some days I question if it’s working.

But having a routine means I don’t spiral when things slow down.

I just show up the next day.

That’s enough for now.
